I'm currently leading a co-design project with Child Youth Protective Services in ACT and eagerly exploring options for undertaking a PhD.

Having worked in a broad range of fields as a social worker and designer, I'm always interested in relational, practice and design spaces. I have extensive experience in Restorative Practice (RP) field and perpetual frustration at how RP generally gets 'implemented' more as a tick box than the kind of game changing frame it was intended to be. I'm working in and keen to continue exploring how design approaches can change the conversation, processes and therefore outcomes in the social sector.
